Jonathan L. Drew, President and CEO

Bio: Mr. Drew is the founding visionary behind Drew Fuel Services and a hands-on leader who is dedicated to achieving excellence in the industry.

Through exceptional customer service and innovative marketing initiatives, Drew has consistently expanded Drew Fuel Services’ market share, establishing the company as one of the most respected Petroleum Environmental Firms along the Eastern Seaboard. Under his stewardship, Drew Fuel Services has transformed from a two-person operation into a multi-million-dollar enterprise with multiple locations, a comprehensive inventory of equipment, and a track record of double-digit annual growth, solidifying its status as an industry leader.

Mr. Drew has been a speaker at numerous petroleum industry conferences and has consulted with hundreds of organizations on best practices for petroleum storage. He has also played an instrumental role in responding to various natural disasters and has successfully resolved thousands of fuel-related challenges for critical infrastructure, including government facilities, the military, vital data centers, nuclear power plants, major ports, oil companies, banks, and other institutions.

Recognized as one of the nation’s top ten stored fuel consultants, Drew brings nearly two decades of expertise in ground and air fuels in critical environments, maintaining an impressive record of no fuel outages throughout his tenure.

Mr. Drew is also a member of the ASTM Committee D02 on Petroleum Products and Lubricants, which has been in operation since 1904. This committee, along with industry professionals and experts, oversees 867 standards published in five volumes of the Annual Book of ASTM Standards: Volumes 05.01, 05.02, 05.03, 05.04, and 05.05. These standards have played, and continue to play, a vital role in the standardization of petroleum products and lubricants across the industry.

Committed to charitable organizations and giving back to the community, Mr. Drew is involved in numerous charity organizations that are focused on children and veterans.

Mr. Drew is based at our Knoxville, Tennessee location and also resides in Knoxville and continues to shape the future of fuel quality and storage standards through his leadership, technical insight, and commitment to excellence.

Brooke Tully, Director of Operations

Bio: Brooke Tully is the Director of Operations for Drew Fuel Services. Ms. Tully’s current role includes overseeing contracts, accounting, human resources, and day-today operations for the client services team located at the corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.

Ms. Tully has made a huge impact on the success of Drew Fuel Services. Under Ms. Tully’s leadership, she founded created and implemented iTank Profile a proprietary software program, increased market share by double digits; year after year, negotiated and secured multi-year contracts with 20 Fortune 100 companies and created numerous innovative industry standards.

Previous to Drew Fuel Services, Ms. Tully was the Land Development Manager at Lennar Homes.  Managing $250M in real estate assets requiring due diligence, acquisition, site design, entitlement, permitting, infrastructure development and conveyance for properties located throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Shannon Claytor, Operations Manager

Bio: Mr. Claytor is the Operations Manager at Drew Fuel Services Knoxville, TN location and is responsible for the operations of the TN branch and overseeing large contracts in the SouthEast.

Willie “Leon” Jackson, Supervisor

Bio: Mr. Jackson is the Supervisor at the Drew Fuel Services location in Pompano Beach, FL, where he oversees the field staff. With over 30 years of experience in industrial field services, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Notably, Mr. Jackson also served in the US Army from 1973 to 1976.
